How To File a Complaint
Most insurance companies DO NOT pay up front for out of hospital birth with licensed midwives. Medicaid reimbursement doesn’t provide a sustainable wage to licensed traditional midwives. At this time I’m unable to accept Medicaid insurance.
Billing for reimbursement is available with some types of insurance.
All payment arrangements must be complete by 37 weeks of pregnancy.
